Frequently Asked Questions
Q:  How Long Will It Take To Make My Furniture Order?

It will depend on the individual pieces that are ordered.  Most of the pieces take
between 8 - 12 weeks.  Larger pieces such as dressers, hutches, chest of drawers,                       etc. can take between 12 - 16 weeks.  This all depends on the time of year your piece
is ordered.  Keep in mind that these are one of a kind pieces, handcrafted by the Amish.
They are made to order once you place your order.  These are pieces that you will pass
down to future generations.

Q:  Is Shipping Amish Furniture Expensive?

YES it is.  This is something beyond our control.  Our low prices help offset the cost of
shipping.  Also please note, that furniture bought outside of Arizona has no sales tax.

Q:  Do I Need To Assemble My Amish Furniture?

Some of our furniture does require assembly.  But don't worry.  Amish table pedestals,                   feet and legs are easily attached with a 1/2" wrench. Assembly is quick and easy.

Q:  How Do I Pay For My Furniture?

Our policy is 50% down with the balance due when the furniture is completed.  The
shipping will need to be paid prior to being shipped out.  Being that our Amish Furniture
is made to order, the down payment is non-refundable after 7 days.   We accept
payment  through Paypal as well as Cashier Checks and Money Orders.

Q:  What If There Is Damage To My Furniture?

All of the furniture is inspected before it leaves the builder's shop.  In a rare instance,
damage may occur during transit.  If this happens, please be sure to note any damage
to your furniture on the delivery sheet/log before the carrier leaves.  Then call the
shipper, Packship USA at 1-800-548-0852 to report the damages.  All pieces are
insured through Packship USA and their designated carriers.  Please inspect the
furniture very carefully upon delivery.  If you do find damage after the carrier leaves,                           you can still return the piece, however, you will be responsible for the return
shipping charges.

Please be mindful when inspecting your Amish Furniture that solid woods all
have their own distinct markings and grains.  These pieces are one of a kind
originals.  The distinct grains and markings are unique and add character to each piece.   Please see the Shipping Page for additional information.
